Use this How To if you are trying to transfer your Rancho Google Drive to a personal Google Account should you decide to leave Rancho and want to keep your files.
Option 1: You can use this link to while logged in to your Rancho Google account to transfer your files to your personal Google account https://takeout.google.com/transfer this process will create a zip file with all of your documents converted to Microsoft Office Format (doc,ppt,xls) or standard image formats
Option 2:
- Create a new folder in your Google Drive.
- Move all files to that folder. (CTL + A selects all files, drag & drop)
- Share that folder with their personal Google account. (limited storage)
- Login to personal Google account>click Shared with me> right-click folder>click Add to My Drive to ensure access to those files in the future.
